We survived our first "Tasty Tuesday" of the month. Salmon with Pineapple Sauce was advertised as the healthy menu item of the day. Anyone who purchased this item could submit their receipt to be entered into a raffle for 2 cooking classes. There were tons of receipts in our raffle. I got word at about 1 o'clock that the cafeteria sold out of the salmon... so we scrambled to print out "catfish" ontop of all the advertisements!
